Old Skool gB Stuff
lo-fi bands that mostly predate Lettuce... mostly

Below are two bands that gB participated in before the advent of Mayhem Lettuce
and one that happened as a one-off side project. Proceed at your own risk.
All three of these recordings will be available on CD in the Spring of 2004.

The first band gB ever formed was Electric Vomit. Their album is called Yum! It sucks.
  1. Yum!
  2. Any Old Cheese Puffs Will Do
  3. Just Say "NO!" To Broccoli
  4. Public Service Announcements
  5. I Live In The Dump
  6. Going Bananas
  7. Wretch!

  9. I Doubt It
  10. Rad, Dude!
  11. Princess of Scumland

Electric Vomit

In reality, gB and Autumn Skelton are responsible.
This madness was recorded in the late '89 / early '90 era -
clearly under the influence of Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure -
probably in one night. We're very sorry.
The 1992 bonus tracks are performed by gB and Bo8b with guest "mom" vocals by Laura Stoltenberg.

gB recorded a solo EP as Angry Youth. It's title: The Gimmick: Think Sad Thoughts.
  1. I Hate Everybody!
  2. The Groovy Song
  3. The Slicko Wade Theme Song
  4. Ash Disrupts A Hoedown
  5. The Naughtiest Song I Ever Wrote
  6. Fun With Backmasking
This garbage was recorded in the 1991-1992 area.
There's lots of samples from The Brady Bunch and Evil Dead.
It's pretty unlistenable techno type stuff. Think really bad early NIN and you may have an idea. It's terrible.

Next we have Stark Raving Naked's EP - Madhouse Of Steel.
  1. Fuzzy Couch Inferno
  2. Lullaby Of Marduk
  3. Hastur In Love
  4. The Scientific Illiteracy of Mr. Feakins
  5. Gadget a' Go-Go

On Sept. 20, 1997 gB recorded this ultra lo-fi live EP with a few friends. The result is a pretty incredible ad-libbed mess of wacky instrumentation and Lovecraftian references. We set a microphone on a chair and sat on the floor around it and played our instruments. It's live and it's raw and it's surprisingly listenable. Well, the first three songs are anyway. Mostly.
