Shortly before the end of the year 2001, Wade was good enough to drive to Chicago, retrieve Jenni and the Mouse and bring them down to the Quad Cities for an evening of baby ogling.

Annah was pretty good while they were there, but the whole time they were off getting pizza, she screamed at me.

Jenni spent most of her time in the Quad Cities holding Annah and commenting on how ludicrously fluffy Hastur is. The Mouse didn't seem too scared of him though. She's a tuff little rodent and could probably take my wussy cat in a fight any day of the week.

It was good stuff all around. We watched a Garfield cartoon about how God is a Cat and the kids et pizza and brought gifts for Illyannah, some of which she's worn already.
